Donor families are the critical link to donation -- during their greatest moments of grief, they open their hearts to others in need. Their stories are each truly touching. Each family shares a different story, but they are alike in their compassion for their family members, and their compassion for their fellow man.

Transplant recipients have stories unlike any other to tell. After debilitating, sometimes life-threatening conditions, these individuals have received a gift that has allowed them to continue down a much less painful path. Their gratitude to the donors and donor families that have touched their lives is heartfelt.
